Ever since i was a kid growing up in jam rock as we called it, track and field was always our little olympics. Sports day in school was our way of showcasing our God given talents to run , hop, skip and jump. The world needs to know that this is not an over night sensation for us, we have been running since birth and has not stopped.
the vast amount of talent that in on that tiny island is mind boggling. Each year one can always look for an up coming star out of our school system to shine on the international circuit with a view to win an olympic medal. Jamaica has produce countless world class athletes some of whom has chosen to represent other nations. Congratulations! team Jamaica, the best olympics ever.

Greetings from NZ!
I hope this message of support and congrats. get to you. Thank you for showing the whole world and the spectators in Bijing that your trust is in God. With your sign of prayer you have reached more hearts than I have as a missionary in Africa and elsewhere for 50 years!!
God bless you and use your influence on modern youth as Joshua did 3000 years ago: "Choose today whom you will serve, but as for me and my family, we serve the LORD"

Big up to Jamaica, you did it, well done. Jamaica has made not only Jamaicans proud but all other Caribbean nations proud. I always knew that Jamaica is the "Sprint Factory" since in Don Quarrie days. I took insult to that doping question. Why is it that this question has to come up especially when the US is not dominating the track anymore? And we know the doping of Marion Jones and the likes which probably robbed Jamaica's performance for all these years. " As a man thinket so is he."
Usain Bolt, Osafa, Veronica and Shelly-Ann truly deserve their rewards. So, to hell with their detractors. Just remember mediocrity is what's stirring up this doping question. Jamaica you have made Caribbean people heart glad. And to anal Jacque Rogge, to hell with him too. Usain you've got to do you and when you do you; you can't go wrong, so just do you.
Well done Jamaica.

Once again, Jamaica has proven that the Land of the Sea and the Sun has talent and strength beyond compare. Congratulations Jamaica on your success in the Bejiing Olympics..Usain and team...continue to shine...and continue to give the glory to God. Usain acknowledged God before he ran and the Jamaican guys were the only one I saw giving thanks to God after their victory. Go Team!!!
